Westfield Friends offers foreign language study in addition to English.

French
Our French program begins at the pre-kindergarten grade level, where the child learns conversational French. As the child proceeds through the grades, conversation continues to be stressed, but, increasingly more emphasis is placed on reading and writing French.

Latin
An introduction to Latin, as a classical language, is given in fifth and sixth grades. Seventh and eighth grades may take first year high school Latin, which emphasizes grammatical constructions and classical history.

Spanish
Spanish is taught from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade, taking a multisensory approach including songs, movement, art, literature, and role-playing.
