The annual Egg Hunt for Grades 1–8 at Westfield Friends School kicked off with excitement in the air as students gathered, ready to search, discover, and celebrate together. Once all the eggs were collected and counted, everyone enjoyed a sweet treat and the joy of a shared tradition.
But the excitement didn’t end there… it was time for the Golden Egg Hunt!
Grades 1–4 searched the playground for a medium-sized golden egg hidden in a tricky spot. It’s always well hidden, but there’s usually just a tiny piece sticking out for very observant hunters. Then it was the turn of Grades 5–8, whose golden egg is only about the size of a quarter, making it much more challenging to find and requiring some serious searching skills! The lucky golden egg winners are awarded a chocolate bunny and, of course, bragging rights for the year.
This year’s Golden Egg winners were Tori H from 4th grade and 7th grader Avi D. Another fun Egg Hunt in the books and another great memory made at Westfield Friends!
The younger friends had their own Egg Hunt in the preschool playground. What a day!
