The goal of these updates is to give everyone a little extra peace of mind when moving around campus, all while keeping our grounds looking their best. Westfield is always looking for ways to care for our physical space, practice good stewardship, and keep our community safe.
Here is a quick look at what’s new:
-
Freshly Repaved Driveways: Smooth new asphalt makes for a much nicer drive through campus.
-
New Pedestrian Walkways: Clearly marked paths give our students, staff, and families, and Westfield Meeting members a safer way to walk through high-traffic spots.
-
Speed Bumps: Placed strategically to keep traffic moving at a safe, friendly pace.
-
Painted Asphalt Signage & New Stop Sign: Clear ground markings help drivers navigate easily, along with a new stop sign added right before exiting onto Riverton Road to keep everyone safe as they head off campus.
A Huge Thank You to Our Supporters!
This project was only possible thanks to generous grant funding and support from the D'Olier Foundation, the PYM Quaker Buildings & Programs Grant, the SNAVE Foundation, The Tyson Memorial Fund, Westfield Monthly Meeting, and our wonderful individual donors. We are so grateful for your continued care for our school!
