Why I'm Passionate About Quaker Education
As a Westfield alum myself, I have always appreciated the way Quaker values of stewardship, peace, equality, and community are woven into a Quaker education. Quakerism often seems to recognize that solitude is a uniquely human and often false presumption, and as a teacher and artist I always try to encourage the idea that everything is connected to everything around it.
This Year in My Class
Artists will be learning that their own imagination is the most important tool they have, and working together to define what and how they want to learn.
