My students call me Mrs. Wilson
I have always loved the values, ideals, and traditions aligned with Quaker Education. Among many other things, the aspect that I find the most appealing about Quaker Education is the fact that it is such a tolerant religion and community. In today's world, tolerance is something that must be taught and modeled to and for our children now more than ever.
"Work Hard and Be Kind" is the theme of our classroom. It is hanging in the back of the room as a reminder for us all. I really encourage my students to take pride in whatever it is they are doing and to be kind to everyone. If you are consistently working hard and being kind to others, great things will happen!
