Teacher Rachel's 3rd graders sought to highlight the hidden wonders of Westfield in their project-based learning Photo Journalism Project.
Four groups focused on documenting the following categories:
"Kindness in Action"
"Science & Technology"
"WFS Inside & Out"
"Sports & Athletes"

Groups photographed and wrote small articles about their chosen topics. The purpose was to highlight special qualities of our school that should not go unnoticed.
The display of their final work was shown to parents and students just before spring break and is now on a portable bulletin board in the atrium.
