In November 2024, Teacher Denise was looking to rehome an extensive collection of children's books from her home. The school approached Cass Michel, a Westfield Friends School alum parent and alum teacher, about whether the Richard Michel Library Fund would be willing to cover the cost. Mrs. Michel agreed wholeheartedly, and we are so grateful. And she’s already donated to the collection herself!
Here’s how it works:
- We initially fill the Little Free Library with a variety of books
- You stop by and take whatever catches your eye
- You bring books to contribute when you can
