Students came in dressed to impress the investors for the final day of their Shark Tank Project!
The Shark Tank Project takes place throughout the year, with students learning how to calculate a business value, find a target demographic, calculate profit, and more.
Today the project culminated in our titular Shark Tank 'episode' where the students pitched their products to the toughest sharks at Westfield (Teacher Josh, Ms. Vosbibikian, Teacher Maddie, and Nurse Maggie).
The sharks were indeed impressed by the presentations of students pitching their unique and creative business ideas. Students knew exactly how to answer all the questions thrown at them, including inventory issues, potential markets, and more.
The projects included:
- Personal Fan Headphones
- Natural Confidence Natural Deodorant
- Luminous Lines - a highlighter light
- Color Swipe Water Soluble Nail Polish
- Hot to Go - portable food warmer/lunch box
- Positive Day Planner
- Elemental - 4 elements in the garden
Nice work everyone!
