How Do I Apply to Westfield Friends School?
Choosing a school is an act of discernment. At Westfield Friends School, we believe the admissions process should feel personal, thoughtful, and supportive, just like the education we offer.
Located in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, an eastern suburb of Philadelphia, Westfield Friends School has served children and families throughout Burlington County and South Jersey since 1788. We are grateful for your interest and look forward to getting to know your family.

Selecting the right educational setting for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make as a parent or guardian. At Westfield Friends, we seek to provide an education that nurtures the whole child and instills a lifelong love of learning.
You know your child better than anyone. That is why our admissions process is designed to focus on understanding your child’s strengths, interests, talents, and educational goals, rather than relying solely on forms, grades, or test scores. We value conversation, relationship, and mutual understanding, and we are here to guide you through each step of the process.

We encourage families to begin the process by visiting campus. Experiencing Westfield Friends in person is the best way to understand our learning spaces, community, and approach to education.

Our Admissions Philosophy
Our admissions process helps us discover how a student and family may contribute to and thrive within the Westfield Friends School community. We look at the whole child and consider how the School can provide an exceptional educational experience that supports academic growth, moral development, and a strong sense of belonging.
Application Process
- Schedule an in-person family tour.
- Complete and submit the online application.
- During the school year, students applying to all grades will schedule a Discovery Visit with the Admissions Director.
- Once applications and Discovery Visits are complete, decisions are made by the Admissions Committee.
- Notifications of acceptance are sent via email. Families interested in applying for Responsive Tuition will receive a link to do so within the acceptance email.
Enrollment Process
Westfield Friends School uses FACTS for online enrollment.
Once accepted, families complete enrollment through the FACTS system, including the selection of a tuition payment plan. Tuition payments begin in May for the upcoming school year, allowing families the option to spread payments over a twelve-month period.
