4th Annual Golf & Tennis Outing

Even though we were in the midst of the pandemic in September 2020, our Westfield community showed their unwavering support. They masked-up and stepped up to the tees, and the tennis courts, at a new venue - Riverton Country Club. It was a gorgeous day, and we are grateful for all the incredible support from sponsors, auction donors, organizers, volunteers, and the golfer, tennis player, and cocktail party attendees. Together, with all of these efforts, we raised almost $20,000 in support of the Westfield Friends School's Responsive Tuition Program.

A Taste of Our Towns

Last year, the pandemic forced Westfield to pivot to an entirely virtual event. The third year for the A Taste of Our Towns event was presented with the same challenge and Westfield's Development Committee was determined to find a way to make this work for our community. A new concept came to fruition, in partnership with Georgetti's, Haddon Culinary, and Moore Brothers Wine Company. Meals and wine were ordered ahead of time, then prepared at home, so that we could gather virtually for a Family Night, with special activities organized by our teachers, and a separate adult-only Saturday Soirée. With the support of sponsors and donors, event night participants, auction item donors and bidders, our vendors, and volunteers, Westfield was able to raise over $16,000 to benefit the Responsive Tuition Program, helping make sure a Westfield education can be available to all families.

In anticipation of our event in 2022, we hope to have everyone back in-person, for our traditional A Taste of Our Towns experience and hope that you can experience the culinary delights of the Establishments that participated in 2019.
